During this internship I have been helping to organize and plan grouping outings to bring new fans to a Wolves games. I also help with the planning and logistics of promotional events and theme nights. I engage with fans and promote sponsorships and partnerships through in-game promotions.

During this internship I designed and created games and activities to educate my employees and help improve their language skills. I developed weekly presentations on American culture to educate my coworkers on their client's culture, in turn enhancing their job effectiveness. Lastly I observed conference calls and different tasks so that I could learn more about insurance and ensure that I could offer support in any way possible. Throughout this internship I was able to help organize opportunities to engage with fans and promoted partnerships and sponsorships through in-game promotions. I organized the logistics of a group outing, providing exposure to 80 new fans to the Iowa Energy brand and experience. Lastly, I assisted in the coordination of game day performers and helped create and maintain positive client relationships.

Throughout my summer with the Adventure Learning Center, I facilitated an experiential learning program. During it, I developed and executed activities to multiple audiences ranging from children to adults and managed challenges by being adaptive and creative. In addition, I lead discussions that allowed participants to reflect on their experiences.
