Responsible for creating dashboard for National Recovery in support of Business Units. Dashboard provides real time analytics that supports strategic objectives and forecasting for Recovery. The Dashboards have been shared across zones and is the model for managing comprehensive views of data for shared operations. Reviewed and analyzed business unit needs to redesign claims spot site with relative content to improve the member experience. Responsible for updating and integrating data from various sources for Claims Bluebook.  Provide report training and material review for other Business Units, when requested. Develop and facilitate training for Business Unit Teams throughout Claims Organization. Partner with leaders to improve knowledge base of associates within Excel, Power Pivot, Power View, SharePoint, etc.

Member of the ClaimCenter Project Team and provided requirements for integration of National Recovery data for successful execution. Provided supporting analytics for hiring and staffing plans for National Recovery Leadership Team. Generated staffing reports for Office of Finance to manage consistent staffing levels across the Organization. Data Analysis for Recovery Ratios, Deductible Utilization, Referrals, Collections Provided support for Standard Auto, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Personal Fire, Uninsured, Medical/PIP, NonStandard Auto Provided communication support by creating a quarterly newsletter to help associates understand Recovery Team priorities and the Enterprise Strategy. Build relationships with key Business Unit Leaders to achieve desired objectives as a special projects lead.
