Lead staffer and planner for a 15-month strategic planning process of 11 public bodies to develop Louisiana's first Climate Action Plan. Served as primary author for the Climate Action Plan, unanimously approved by the Climate Initiatives Task Force and adopted by the Governor in February 2022. State implementation lead for the Climate Equity Metrics Project, Justice40 Workshops, Louisiana Electrification Study Analysis, Integrated Grid Resilience and Energy Security Planning, Interagency Grid Resilience Work Group, Energy Resilience and Transition federal funding opportunities, Louisiana Model Solar Ordinance Advisory Committee, and designee for the US Climate Alliance.

Advisor to Louisiana's Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA), a state agency tasked to implement projects for coastal restoration and flood-risk reduction measures. Assisted the CPRA Board Chairman in stakeholder engagement, policy, and legislative priorities for the coastal program and Coastal Master Plan, specifically for priorities related to coastal insurability. Initiated development of and led the Louisiana Coastal Insurability Committee, where we developed flood insurance priorities for incorporation into the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) reform federal legislation. Organized and led meetings with federal Senators, Representatives, and congressional staff to advance priorities of the Coastal Insurability Committee.Advisor to the Louisiana Council on Watershed Management, the leadership forum for the Louisiana Watershed Initiative, on program development to drawdown and spend $1.2B in HUD funding for community disaster recovery. Served as lead staffer of the Governor's Advisory Commission on Coastal Protection to inform development and revision of the 2017 Coastal Master Plan.
