Having spent many years in the Retail sector provided me with invaluable insights into consumer behavior before moving into eCommerce full-time. By translating my ability to connect with people face-to-face and adapt that to web-based sales, I'm able to provide what feels like a more personalized experience to a larger audience every time. I've helped develop and manage two Loyalty Programs within my career, the most recent of which is CIGAR.com Elite Advantage. With each passing quarter Elite Advantage shows increased Sales, Conversion, AOV, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention within a highly competitive arena. This loyalty program also allows me to pursue a personal passion, and that's Product Development: being able to work with boutique and larger-scale manufacturers to create exclusive cigar offerings is not only a perk to my position, but it allows me to continue educating consumers so that they feel more empowered with how and where they spend their discretionary income.I also possess a unique skill set in that I am a polyglot: I am fluent in four languages, and have an above-intermediate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking four others. (I am currently learning Danish, my ninth language.) My ability to converse with customers and vendor partners in their preferred languages has proved invaluable, and it's something in which I take great pride.
