Responsible for coordinating projects into and through the web department, ensuring successful and efficient outcomes. Work closely with all members of the web team as well as the traffic manager to manage day-to-day tasks and monitor timelines and budgets.Main Responsibilities• Works with traffic managers to ensure proper job flow and meet deadlines• Maintains up-to-date knowledge on web projects that are in-house• Coordinates with programmers, designs, and others within the web department to complete tasks• Monitors overall web project budgets to identify risks for scope creep• Coordinates asset needs for social ad campaigns—video, graphics, copy, etc.• Assists with social ad campaign testing—URLs, tracking, devicesAdditional Responsibilities• Assists with web project kick-offs—meetings, proper job set-up, coordination• Assists with content gathering and population as able• Provides back-up to traffic manager when not available• Assists in getting completed projects through accounts and social for posting
