I Discover, Create, Develop + Curate Uncharted Artists + Undiscovered Hitmakers Across All Genres. In other words, I have been a Talent Producer (Head of Music/A&R) for AMERICA’S GOT TALENT for the past nine years. I’ve discovered, developed & launched the careers of many now-notable artists, including chart-topping Country trio Chapel Hart, girl group XOMG Pop (JoJo Siwa Ent), County artist Drake Milligan (BBR), Lauren Weintraub (Big Machine), and Hip-Hop artist, Flau’jae Johnson (Roc Nation) whose latest single, “Came Out A Beast” features Lil Wayne. (Fun Fact: Flau'jae is also currently the highest-earning college basketball player from NIL deals EVER.) I’ve known since I was 11 years old that I was going to work in A&R and Artist Development (although at 11, I didn't know those terms or even that my dream was an actual job). What I knew was that I wanted to find undiscovered artists I believed in and make them famous. I wanted to write their songs, build their brands, and launch them into the stratosphere. In addition to my work on AGT, American Idol, and other global platforms, I am also an internationally-charting Songwriter. I've collaborated with some of the most renowned songwriters/producers and artists in the world including, Desmond Child (“Livin’ On a Prayer,” “Livin’ La Vida Loca”), Andreas Carlsson (“Bye, Bye, Bye,” “I Want It That Way”), Eric Bazilian (“One of Us” - Joan Osborne), Danielle Brisebois ( “Unwritten”, Oscar-Nominee for “Best Song,”), Pam Sheyne (Genie in a Bottle), Michelle Lewis, Thomas Sturges Jr (Rock Mafia), and Charles “Chizzy” Stephens III (Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Bieber). I've also written songs with and/or for recording artists including, Idina Menzel, Michelle Branch, Laura Marano, Alex Borstein (“Lois Griffin” on Family Guy), JDash, Yoko Yazawa (Top 20 J-Pop single, “Bad Cat”), Maisy Kay, Alex Kinsey (Alex & Sierra), Hana Giraldo (Daughter of Pat Benatar), and Summer 2024's hottest "beverage" Sabrina Carpenter. Sabrina Carpenter's first songwriting session with me was only her second one ever - the outcome of was a song called “Right Now," which is featured on her major label debut, “Eyes Wide Open” (Hollywood Records/Disney Music Group). Earlier in my career, I discovered artists like Maren Morris (though I was only 13 at the time, so I was unfortunately not in a position to act on it) and Phoebe Bridgers.
