About Lindsay Rainbow

Hi, I'm Lindsay! Thanks for stopping by. Who I am:A second generation Canadian, DEI champion, mental health advocate, relationship builder, goal chaser, leadership nerd, 1/2 homebody and 1/2 avid world traveler, dog mom, chai latte lover, and reluctant Edmontonian. What I do: I help organizations address workplace barriers and achieve cultural transformation and change through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategy development. My experience spans various sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Construction, Power and Utilities, Higher Education, Government and Public Sector, Financial Services, Professional Services, Non-Profit, Arts & Culture, Tourism, and Tech. What I'm passionate about:Utilizing facilitation and courageous conversations to help organizations work through their greatest challenges and tackle the tough stuff.Bringing an intersectional DEI lens to everything I do to build workplaces that are psychologically safe, grounded in empathy, and provide a seat at the table and sense of belonging for everyone. Empowering others to realize and achieve their full potential, beat imposter syndrome, and become better, more effective professionals, team members, and leaders. How I spend my time:I love exploring the world of entrepreneurship, engaging in student and early-career mentorship, and supporting my community. I'm a proud alumna of the Alberta School of Business and I continue to stay involved with the university as a coach for students involved with business case competitions. Engaging with my community and collaborating with others to bring great ideas to life gets me out of bed in the morning, and I’m grateful for the opportunities to serve on the boards of the Citadel Theatre, as well as Canada Confesses, doing just that!Interested in collaborating, mentorship, or just need some friendly advice?
