CurrentLead and manage a team of technical trainers responsible for supporting 38 offices across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the Americas, ensuring consistent and effective training delivery across diverse regions.Oversee the training of new starters on the main database and reporting software, collaborating with the technical trainer to ensure comprehensive onboarding and proficiency development.Manage and maintain technical training content on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring up-to-date and easily accessible resources for learners.Collaborate with IT project teams to provide training support for the rollouts of new products, actively participating in the planning and execution phases to ensure successful adoption and user proficiency.Take ownership of the training provision for new product rollouts, designing and delivering engaging training sessions to equip end-users with the necessary skills and knowledge.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features before rollout, ensuring a thorough evaluation of functionality, identifying any issues, and providing valuable feedback to enhance the user experience.Actively participate in business working groups for new products, staying up-to-date with the latest features and advancements, and contributing to decision-making processes to align training strategies with business needs.Collaborate with Change Managers and international colleagues to provide support for the rollout of new features or products, offering training expertise and guidance to facilitate a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.Mentor and support newer trainers, providing guidance and resources to ensure their preparedness for delivering effective training during rollouts.Develop innovative training materials, including live sessions, interactive e-learning modules, videos, and documentation, utilizing various formats to cater to different learning preferences and enhance knowledge retention.
