Her work here has included conducting a feasibility study and gaps analysis on coordination and collaboration on freshwater protection in Canada and coordinating outreach programs for Canada Water Week.

SSG is a sustainability consulting cooperative convening over 40 members and associates around the world. As an associate member Lindsay has participated, and led, a number of projects, including as lead facilitator for Western Universities' Sustainability Strategy.

Developed and implemented ambitious 5-year plan for the chapter that saw the introduction of two major campaign directions in energy and water policy. Primary public representative and policy advocate. Assisted Executive Director in legal activities including project interventions for the Mackenzie Gas Project and filing of private prosecutions. Managed budget of approximately $200,000/annum including all fundraising and donor relations required. Increased profile of the chapter by elevating media hits 10-fold in the first two years in the position. Participated in political multi-stakeholder committees on topics such as airshed management, climate change and oil sands. Researched and published reports. Managed staff of between 2-8.

Edmonton, Canada

Facilitated training programs for Albertan Environmental Network member groups. Chaired the Oil Sands Strategy working group. Assisted in Government relations between AEN member groups and the Alberta Government. Aided in budget development and management in addition to organizational strategic planning.

Ottawa, Canada Area

Primary spokesperson for youth environmental activism in Canada. Oversaw the development andimplementation of organizational strategic plan and individual campaign and program plans. Managed a staff of up to 12 in 2 primary program areas. Launched a new initiative to inspire high-school aged youth community and environmental leadership. Facilitated climate action by leading youth political engagement through active campaigns and hands-on learning through our sustainable campuses program. Managed budget of up to $500,000 and ensured the successful fundraising and donor relations to maintain budget.
