For over twenty years, Lindsay has been working with organizations, institutions and governments in developing policies and processes related to sustainability and public engagement. Her experience includes designing and participating in multi-stakeholder consultations and negotiations, strategic planning development, and communications and engagement training for Canada’s non-profit community. She has built, designed and delivered capacity building and engagement programs in addition to working as a social enterprise coach for Georgian College. From 2010-2020, Lindsay was the national project director for the Canadian Freshwater Alliance, an initiative she co-founded. She joined the team at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Green Municipal Fund in October of 2020 where she leads training and capacity development programming to realize deep GHG reductions for communities across Canada.
