Having worked through the successful acquisition of Blue Sky Performance by Capita I have made the decision to set up my own consultancy business, I continue to support Blue Sky whilst also working as part of the leadership team at Ivy House - an exciting business that is on a mission to bring life changing learning to young people early in their lives, completely changing the trajectory of their careers.

As our business grows we recognise the need to be customer centric in our approach and creating dedicated lines of business with sector specialism and strong account management is key to enable this. This new role will create a single view of our financial service sector client accounts, a single point of contact for our clients and will involve the pro-active management, consulting and development of our key account relationships. Adding value to client learning strategies through collaborative partnering, business insight, innovative learning solutions and seamless project delivery to deliver results. My role is to continually drive value and trust with our clients. I will lead a team of exceptional consultants and facilitators to deliver brilliance for our customers and their people.

Joining as a Managing Consultant and promoted to the role of Principal Consultant in January 2005 I was responsible for delivering high value performance improvement solutions for Blue Chip clients such as Barclays, DLG, Virgin Atlantic and Nationwide. The Principal consultant role required additional focus to key account management, client consulting and business development. I moved across to the sales development team in March 2007 and was appointed Sales Director in March of 2008. Responsible for business development, developing creative performance improvement solutions to meet client needs and budgets, leading and coaching a team of sales professionals to support our business and delivering everything from the pitch to negotiating commercials - managing and evolving the end to end sales and customer process. I am responsible for a £2 million new business sales target this year.

Responsible for drivng quality and performance across 12 client campaigns and 5 UK sites my role was focused on building exceptional client relationships and delivering consistently high levels of quality management and customer experience for their customers. During my time at TSC I became involved with the resource planning part of the business, ultimately becoming head of Quality and resourcing across all 5 sites to drive operational effectiveness and resource efficiency due to my success in identifying and resolving key resource challenges within a key telecommunications client campaign.

Working across 5 UK sites and 12 client campaigns i was responsible for the performance against customer experience, quality and performance KPI's whilst also having key relationships with each client contact to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of delivery were consistently delivered for our clients and their customers.

Joining as sales manager I was quickly promoted to the role of contact centre manager as the centre grew to over 100 seats. In 2001 after significant organisational change I was responsible for driving sales improvement, customer experience, management capability and implementing a robust management operating system across 2 UK sites (APPROX 400 seats.)

Joining as sales manager running both inbound and outbound sales performance I moved across to the National Resource Team in 1998 where I held the position of National Resource Liaison Manager - working across 5 sites and 5000 FTE I had responsibility for driving the relationship with our recruitment and agency partners and ensuring the consistensy and effectiveness of the local site resource planning teams.

Joining BA as a sales advisor in their contact centre I worked across all areas of the business including airport check in, sales shop ticket sales and sales team supervisory roles prior to taking a 12month secondment as sales manager in Bahrain in January of 1995. My role in Bahrain included the implementation of performance management and sales coaching for the front desk sales shop and small telephone contact centre to drive a sales culture and increase market share and profitability for the region. During this time I was also involved in the roll-out of the sales training programme across the whole middle east including Muscat, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Egypt.
