• Compile payroll data and enter into HRIS system for bi-weekly payroll• Perform recruitment activities; creating job ads, interviewing, and evaluate candidates• Present policy guidelines, training and development sessions at annual meetings• Handle employee relations, workers compensation, and FMLA issues• Generate reports using excel and HRIS systems for use internally and externally• Maintains employee confidence and protects all confidential information• Manage annual open enrollment period and facilitates benefit information sessions with all employees

• Create new employee files, benefit packets, and orientation packets• Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete and entered in for payroll or properly filed• Conduct phone screens and interviews for applicants• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll• Process all employment verification with prior employee release• Present policy guidelines in bi-weekly new hire orientation • Maintain and audit personnel files• Manage monthly employee recognition program• Lead Social Committee to help employees become more engaged in the organization
