● Assist physicians in writing and implementation of new policies and procedures ● Referral coordinator to specialists and therapy for patients ● Plan, coordinate and manage the day to day operations of clinic and clinical personnel ● Compiledata reports of vaccine usage weekly to assess vaccine needs of clinic ● Order vaccine and medical supplies for office while staying within budget

● Use critical thinking skills to assess patient status over phone to triage accordingly ● Provide patient education regarding disease processes ● Document triage assessment, plan, implementation, evaluation and follow-up in EMR ● Vaccine administration including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections ● Medication administration including PO medications, IM medications, and breathing treatments

• Care for women during both normal and problematic pregnancies, providing information, guidance and hands-on clinical care• Care for women and their infants during labor and childbirth• Responsible for assisting, supporting and educating women during the four stages of delivery: antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum and neonatal.• Monitoring the fetal heart rate, and mother’s vital signs• Consulting with physicians and other members of the care team• Assisting with various procedures, including Cesarean sections• Providing education and support to mothers and families after delivery
