Responsible for development and implementation of an aggressive, detailed strategic marketing and networking plan in conjunction with Corporate Directors; Increase census; Supervise over concierge and driver for company; Develop and maintain strong community relations; Interact positively with staff; counsel families; and residents at all times; Ensure documentation accuracy and confidentiality with all new move in paperwork; Understand the importance of professionalism and customer service at all times. Host monthly support group on Dementia and Alzheimer's through the National Chapter on Alzheimer's.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the admissions department for a short and long term nursing rehab center. Complete daily census each morning of the previous day resident activity. Continue to seek out potential patients by marketing all area hospitals everyday. To complete a full assessment of all possible residents for the facility at the hospitals. To continue follow up on all potential residents, as well as residents who are ill and are currently staying at the hospital. To complete admission contracts with family members once patient is admitted, and follow up to ensure all goals are being met during the admission. Continue to advise administrator about new marketing ideas and implementing them into the community.

Responsibilities included managing all Home Health Aids and there scheduled patient visits. Interview, hire, and terminate all Home Health Aids. Follow up with families to ensure the best possible care is always rendered. Create and maintain schedules. Always remain professional and compassionate within the hospice environment.
