In my position as an Admissions Representative, I am responsible for assiting potential students through the process of enrolling in college. A large part of what I do is assisting individuals intersted in returning to school to determine what the best career path for that individual would be, based on interests, skills, and current job trends. It is also my responsibility to maintain constant communication with all individuals currently enrolling in school to ensure they are completing the enrollment process in a timely manner. I am also responsible for building and maintaining relationships with all current, prospective, and past students. As well as devoloping outside relationships to better promote the college.

I was the talent co-sales manager at an Express in Wisconsin. I was in charge of all staff recruiting, hiring, and training. Another responsibility of mine was to create and manage the weekly schedule and to keep track of all associates hours worked and request offs. Along with these behind the scenes responsibilities, it was also my responsibility to ensure that our customers were receiving the impeccable customer service that is linked to Express retail stores.
