Simon Compliance is a boutique compliance firm I started in 2010 to help investment advisers comply with the ever-changing laws and regulations in the securities industry. Our specialty is partnering with private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds and investment advisory firms. Working collaboratively with each of our clients, my experienced team and I create a customized compliance program that includes training and educating employees to ensure a culture of compliance. Then we check in regularly to make sure the program is being continuously tested and monitored and that no deadlines are being missed.
