I am a Project Manager working in the geotechnical engineering and construction industry. My experience as a Geotechnical Engineer allows me to focus on high-profile projects relating to heavy-civil construction for shallow and deep foundations, ground stabilization and earth retention. I choose to work on high-profile projects where my skills in risk identification, risk management, change management and communication can deliver project success.My experience in the consulting industry allows me to identify my clients needs to prioritize early and often communication. As a strategic thinker and provide leadership in situations of change by shifting priorities to react quickly. I am passionate about this industry where I can work with high performing teams on complex and challenging projects. I have project specific experience in micropile installation and testing in contaminated areas and areas of limited access beneath pre-existing buildings, grout injection curtains for RCC dams, dam remediation investigations for hydro-energy dams, soil stabilization for remediation, compaction grouting for abandoned mines and wind generating turbines, geotechnical investigations for large earth dams and spillways, cantilever-type temporary shoring, environmental investigations for LNG pipelines and environment remediation for the upstream oil and gas industry.I believe as a leader in our community it is important to contribute back.
