Responsibilities include: Prospecting for new business and networking with Administrator, DON, WCN/WOCN and Medical Directors.Responsible for all new business development, marketing, and maintaining client relationships.Negotiate with Directors of Purchasing and Board of Directors to get approved vendor status.Set appointments, discuss pricing and in-service the clinical staff with up to 50 employees of the facility.Decide which patients require the most appropriate treatment options and products. Manage staff to deliver, pick up, set up and follow up of Kreg equipment. Facilitate all delivery and pick up orders on a daily basis. Responsible for insuring that the entire leasing process is completed in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Oversee resident relations including community/unit maintenance and resolving resident issues; create monthly community newsletter using Microsoft Office. Responsible for all operational paperwork and maintaining property’s budgets for the company. Managing QuickBooks software and property software to record traffic, prepare lease paperwork, record rent monies, etc.

Responsibilities include prospecting, evaluating, and developing new business strategies and opportunities. Developed vertical growth within existing customer operations. Increased start revenue from $16,791 to $33,540 (112% to objective) in first quarter. Sold $72,000 in new business for the Cuyahoga market in less than one year.Ranked as one of the top sales reps for new business productivity within the division.
