I am laser-focused on helping others to stand in their greatness while simultaneously guiding them to imagine and manifest liberatory futures for themselves and for others.Over the course of my 17 years of experience as an organizational leader, veteran educator and senior director, I have experienced first-hand critical missed opportunities in both the business and non-profit sectors for leaders, teams and individuals to: 1.) prioritize gratitude and the value of talent, 2.) build holistic, healthy work cultures grounded in diversity, equity and inclusion and 3.) craft tailored professional development steeped in strengths-based coaching.
