    In this executive level role, I am responsible for leading four national customer-facing programs: USPS trade shows - generating $250M in annual revenue, the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) - an association of associations, with approx. 210 members comprised of our largest customers whose annual spend is over $6B, the Postal Customer Councils (PCC) - a grassroots Postal sponsored organization comprised of 144 local chapters nationwide, and the National Postal Forum (NPF) - the largest shipping and mailing trade show in the United States, with approx. 45oo attendees, generating $34M in revenue. I manage a team of 17 employees and a $9M+ annual budget. I serve on the PCC Advisory Committee as Postal Vice Chairperson and on the MTAC Executive Committee as Postal Co-Vice Chair.Noteworthy achievements:• Manage 60 trade shows yearly with a mission of lead generation for our salesforce. YTD, 432 sales for $58M with an average of $135K per sale. • Led the redesign and build of a 50x70 trade show booth debuted at the 2022 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) - the booth is ranked in the top 20 of all booths (2300) by Exhibitor Magazine.• For PCCs 60th anniversary created a video looking back at the founding of the program and where it is today with 7 guest speakers including the Postmaster General. Created a new Diamond Award to recognize PCCs who achieved “gold” status since the inception of the Premier Award Program. • Grew PCC Voice, our LinkedIn group page, from 435 members to 1252 in a year, a 187% increase.• Manage the exclusive external Outlook communication channel with industry, Industry Alerts. 735 alerts sent in FY21 and 12 monthly newsletters of Mail Spoken Here. • Led the pivot from a free, virtual NPF, to pay-for model. Achieved 1042 attendees. • Led the pivot to a hybrid MTAC meeting with both in-person and virtual attendance. 571 attendees, an increase of 22% over prior meeting.
