I provide a broad scope of administrative support to two top producing real estate agents. For listings I help coordinate contractors, stagers, photographers, and inspectors in order to meet deadlines. I write the copy and design marketing materials, compile disclosure packets, and input property information into the MLS. I also organize catering, set up, and host broker tours and open houses. For buyers I prepare offers and disclosures in Docusign, keep track of offer deadlines, and assist in property showings. I schedule inspectors, coordinate with lenders, and keep track of contingency timelines. Once in contract, I act as transaction coordinator, I track down all statutory disclosures and required signatures and upload them into our online file management system so that our transactions are complete. I am efficient, have outstanding customer service, and excel in multi-tasking and problem solving.
