• Set up and manage various Models that help with setting clients' Targets and KPIs.
• Create and forecast investment plans to adhere to the clients guiding principals, usually 24-36 months breakeven window.
• Provide KPI, Target and Trend Updates to the team, both internal and external team members, in various formats (Meetings, check-in calls, written updates, etc.) Weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences.
• Project manage analysis requests from clients with the various client-facing teams and analytics departments.

• Maintenance and development of Web sites and contribute to Web development across SPF as a whole. Collaborate with the research team and other program staff to develop online content and services.
• Review Web site content for relevance, ease of navigation and timeliness, identifying and updating out-of-date information.
• Assist with promotional efforts to build Web traffic, generate repeat usage, and launch new functionality.
• Train staff in use and administration of the Web sites and content management application; design tools and “cheat sheets” as aids.
