As a TSR in the Steere Division, my responsibilities include utilizing Global Performance Management and SMART goals to effectively capitalize on key opportunities to increase Urology and Pulmonary sales in the Peoria, Bloomington, and Moline markets, as well as hospital account sales for Methodist Medical Center, OSF St. Francis, Decatur Memorial, and Bromen Medical Center. Additionally, I am responsible for the promotion of the Steere portfolio to the Methodist Residency and OSF St. Francis Residency programs.

Responsible for the consistent increase in territory sales in the Roerig Division by utilizing Strategic Account Selling and SMART goals to effectively capitalize on key opportunities.

Responsible for assisting the sales representative in the territory to maintain current accounts, and coordinated asset management programs, (i.e. loaner program, consignment inventory and billings). Shared responsibility in territory case coverage for nine neurosurgeons.
