Organize and construct the entire group fitness schedule and layout for the semester. Facilitate school wide wellness events for students to attend. Schedule all of the instructors for the appropriate shifts allocated. Mentor aspiring fitness instructors. Planning logistics for the 40th Annual Blood Bowl in November 2024.

Plan and organize an annual blood drive competition with the University of South Carolina. Recruit 4000+ Clemson community members to donate and exceed UofSC's donations. Work closely with university employees to determine and reserve the best donation locations, resulting in 4,671 donations in one week - a 133% increase over prior year, and new school record.

Responsible for daily communication with Game Day Staff, supporting the creation and maintenance of event schedules. Serve as the front desk representative at the NovaCare Complex, relaying messages and calls to the organization’s front office. Assist at all Philadelphia Eagles and Lincoln Financial Field affiliated events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experience.
