In 2020 I was slated to oversee, order, and project management for 14 new development locations, 32 signage refresh locations, 18 refresh locations, as well as their home office refresh project. Diversified company portfolio by expanding from only residential to commercial, food/beverage, and retail partners. Oversaw the sales and orders for the Commercial Division of Lighting. Selected Highlights• Provided direct sales support for 3 area managers and 12 commercial sales reps with all of their accounts. The internal support I provided gave a 23% increase in productivity, 85% customer satisfaction score, and increased sales by 12% year over year. • Synchronized the flow of work between our company and commercial lighting contractor companies for job sites. I was the main contact for solving problems quickly to ensure customer satisfaction and improving the overall efficiency of the processing and communication of orders.• Tracked, reported, and resolved deficiencies and inquiries related to each item ordered for a job.• Developed strong relations with vendors to coordinate deliveries and build a strong supply chain connection .• Responsible for quality and quantity of items ordered and delivered.
