Managed and staffed the Data Center which was monitored 24/7. • Managed / coordinated projects and resources in the Americas Region, including key offices in Houston-USA, Rio de Janeiro-Brazil, and Calgary-Canada, Oklahoma City-USA, Denver-USA, and operations in Villahermosa-Mexico. • Maintained communication with clients and ensured satisfaction with scope of work, timeline, and deliverables through direct interaction with project teams for complex interdepartmental contracts, up to $9M in value.• Managed the Linux-based IT operations to minimize downtime, increase teraflops throughput, managed hardware / software upgrades, and conducted regular demand analyses and forecasts. • Managed Data Loading Technicians to ensure proper seismic data capture and analysis for clients globally. • Generated invoices and managed accounts receivable.• Coordinated the efforts of a matrix of 88 Technicians and Scientists, 13,270 compute cores, and 3.8Pb of disk space to ensure on time completion of projects.

Project Management responsibilities expanded to include multiple, simultaneous projects in the Houston-USA and Rio de Janeiro-Brazil centers.• Key point of contact for clients through the lifecycle of a project, from contract award through payment in full. Individual projects were $800K in value. • Coordinated field operations processing projects where US and Brazilian staff were deployed to vessels around the world, including Falkland Islands, Mexico, Alaska, Trinidad, Egypt, Colombia, and California. • Planned and participated in Fugro marketing events and conventions to showcase imaging capabilities and highlight seismic experience worldwide.• Responsible for all aspects of tender coordination.

Project management, construction of depth interval velocity models and execution of Kirchhoff PSDM for 136,000km 2D PSDM covering the western and central Gulf of Mexico. • Experience in processing 2D and 3D surveys, performed both in the field aboard seismic data acquisition ships and in the office.
