Lindy D. Harris is a member in the firm whose practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation, data security and privacy law, contracts, and the representation of creditors and litigants in the United States Bankruptcy Courts.Ms. Harris was born in Appleton, Wisconsin and raised in the Chicago area and Knoxville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2007 with a B.A. in psychology. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2010.While in law school, Ms. Harris served as a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
