Line Schmidt Andersen is a Business Developer Teamlead at Gram Equipment. Colleagues describe them as "I have been working with Line for less than a year now, but we have been collaborating almost every day since I started.
Line is, to my amazement part of so many tasks and projects that it always surprises me. Despite this showing her skills, competences and importance to the company, what I respect and admire more, is the fact that she is able to juggle through all the different things, by doing it with a smile and a constantly positive and contagious mood.
Line has always made sure that I have what I need for our projects and answered all my questions when I was just a student worker. And she always empathized with me from her experience as a student.
She has a good grasp of Excel, being great with numbers, but she also has visual skills that I can relate to as a designer.
She is been a great strategical support, having a good grasp of the business and providing good and clear input, based on her previous experience, but also based on her current job description.
It is colleagues like Line who make work better and help provide positive outcomes, in challenging and stressful situations.
She is also a great idea sparring partner, sharing my visions and sometimes what I call "crazy ideas". She is always ready to help, which I could never be thankful enough for.
