In partnership with Santa Clara County, Heluna Health is responsible for bringing together the structure and workforce to scale up a team of Case Investigators and Contact Tracers. As a Contact Tracing Lead, I was responsible for scheduling, distributing, and assigning work to teams of 10-15 Case Investigator and Contact Tracers. I worked closely with the "Tracers" on their assignments, understood the concerns of our community, and ensured calls and outreach were completed in a timely manner.

This was a passion project. I love ninja warrior obstacles and want to bring the joy of ninja, movement, and fitness to everyone around me. In my role, I was responsible for shaping the direction of Traverse Fitness, to become the premier west coast ninja warrior facility. This involved developing the business plan, obtaining investors, setting up business operations, developing marketing, pricing, and sales strategies, and working with a team of passionate ninjas to make this happen.

I tackle complex challenges within talent acquisition and create strategic and tactical plans to solve them. I am responsible for building LinkedIn's overall TA Strategic Roadmap (in partnership with our TA Leaders), identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving intelligent process, systems, and people improvements. This requires a strong understanding of data, effective facilitation / project management / change management skills, and leading cross functional teams to accomplish positive outcomes.

While I work in Recruiting, I do not do Recruiting! I am responsible for working with the recruiting team to streamline and optimize the recruiting process. This involves understanding the current state - not just the process and how things are done, but also understanding the Recruiting metrics and measures that tell the current story. As LinkedIn grows, our recruiting process will need to scale as well. Simply throwing more people at the process is not the answer. I'm here to figure out the answer!!

I was part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, where my responsibilities were focused on building and developing Talent Acquisition Capability. This came in many forms - from improving ATS data quality, developing metrics and reports, managing recruiter headcount (of over 2000 recruiters worldwide!!), creating assessment approaches, developing recruiter training, defining recruiting processes, and overall process excellence.My customers were the Global Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and the Geographic Recruiting Directors, worldwide. In my role, I was responsible for ensuring our recruiting processes and capability were optimally developed such that it's scalable for future growth and expansion.
