Home based Early Behavioural Intervention- Social and Educational Support for school aged children- School Integration and Shadow Support- Implements Individualized therapy programmes under the direction of the case managers.School Shadow- Assist the child in his or her academic skill by simplifying teachers’ instructions into something that they are capable of comprehending.- Manage behavhior of child to ensure a smooth learning process for child and peers.- Assist child with social skills that he or she will face when they go to school and meet new friends.- Gradually teach the child to be independent in school.

- Implements Individualized therapy programmes under the direction of the behavior analysts.- Teaches the clients to acquire language, academic, self-help, and social skills.- Assists clients to acquire academic and/or appropriate life skills. - Supports all members of the staff and assists with ideas, suggestions and work duties.- Actively participates in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills- Develops programme plans and other instructional activities- Writes progress reports, and other requested written assignments related to the clients
