Worked as an associate for the startup company PipelineVR via an affiliation with UC Irvine for the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Science senior capstone project series. Initially seen as a consultant to help them gain funding and traction through data collection and analysis. However, was later valued as developers for their initial version of their business. Learned and developed user-facing interfaces for the website. Mostly involved in server-side processing of data and dynamically generating pages. Credited for creating the database warehouse from ER diagrams to execution of the database schema.

Recruited as an intern mainly responsible for helping the front office and grocery department. Reported directly to the Store Manager's assistant and worked throughout the entire office. Managed a lot of clerical work throughout the summer, but also dedicated a lot of time self-managing and being productive to the grocery department. My main responsibility was to check freezer temperatures, logging them physically and then using legacy software to log and report them to a central server.

Customer-facing interaction, servicing both military personnel and family. Spent most of my time directly helping customers from the front-end, working with the cash registers. Volunteered significant time to other departments when the front-end was not busy. As a cashier, I had to process multiple forms of payment from physical forms (cash, checks, WIC) to credit and debit cards. I had to quickly learn how to efficiently process each form of payment because each customer was different. As a general sales associate, I learned the different parts of the store from grocery to produce. I helped with various tasks essential to a functioning department.
