- Teaching various English learners, including IELTS preparation students, Young Learners (Movers and Flyers) and Teenagers.- Developing syllabus and materials for online and in-person English classes.- Managing and directing English-learning-related content on Facebook fanpage.- Creating weekly and monthly plans and working guidelines for the teaching staff, including teachers and teaching assistants.

- Teaching Writing and Listening in IELTS-prep classes for Vietnamese students.- Developing academic resources for the center.- Attending regular meetings of the academic team and supporting center events at request.

- Supporting teachers and students inside and outside the classroom, including but not limited to, assigning and marking homework, preparing students for exams, checking students attendance, and tutoring weak students.- Fulfilling customer care tasks including, but not limited to, reporting students performance to their parents, supporting customer care officers in receiving and handling complaints, supporting centre events, and supporting re-enrolment after each course.- Attending regular workshops and training on language teaching.
