- Enabling to create profit for the first year of expansion - Offering the recruitment services to VIP and VVIP clients - Developing the new department dedicated for luxury villas/ properties and land-based positions - In contact with VIPs/ VVIPs and UHNWI client profiles- Respecting about high confidentiality matter in the industry - Joining events to create business relations - Receiving and taking care of client needs- Providing the best candidates matching with client expectations- Managing and updating all the activities on the database- Keeping in track with candidates’ hiring processes- Screening candidate CVs- Checking candidates’ reference letters, diplomas, training certificates, etc.- Assessing candidate profiles - Checking references of candidates to make sure about candidates’ job knowledge, skills, attitude and performance - Arranging interviewing with good profile and skilled candidates- Sharing the skilled candidate profiles with the clients- Forwarding good candidates to clients to create new offers or future recruitments- Client relationship management - Reporting to the Managers weekly- Updating internal database - Training new interns - Preparing contracts to send to clients- Designing new strategies, giving presentations for new campaigns- Assisting other team members, if needed
