Business Analyst
Current• As a Business Analyst in an Agile team, I work closely with Product Development and IT to analyze, design, and build products that seamlessly integrate technical and commercial objectives to meet business needs.• Business domain knowledge: Stock, Finance, Remittance, Payment, Mobile Banking, etc.• Contribution:– Played a key role in developing a cutting-edge stock trading system for Momo from the ground up, empow- ering millions of users to effortlessly buy and sell stocks.– Formulating and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.– Analyzing marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products, and services, etc.– Analyzing business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.– Re-engineering processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.– Supporting partner to understand business and technical flow.– Developing and manage end-to-end project plans with specific milestones, pre-defined key results, and deliverables to ensure on-time launches.– Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.– Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.– Other related duties are assigned as needed.• Hands-on skills: requirements analysis, proposing features for users/clients, creating API documentation, preparing SRS documentation, business system knowledge, analytical skills and techniques, critical and logical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills, documentation and presentation abilities, etc.• Tools: Diagrams.net, Balsamiq, Word, Excel, JIRA, Confluence, SQL Developer, DBeaver, Postman, Bloom gRPC.
