• Operating the packaging machine, processing equipment, • Performing quality control audits on the production line• Training colleagues on machine operations• Calibration, monitoring the equipment and sanitizing the production line

• Lead a team of 10 members to manage the hard-line lab testing, QC operation and QA function/audit.• Proving accurate and timely quality report, manage and update all forms and quality reports. • Responsing/advicing about chemical standards, policies such as REACH, CA 65, fire resistance standard for UK, US market. • Preapring/training/providing guidance testing SOP, CAP, quality control procedure, quality control chart to QC team members.• Building up the company quality policies, quality system, quality/testing protocol, referencing from Golden sample, inspection sample.• Supervising lab operation as well as improving and upgrading testing methods equipment as customers’ requirements.• Execute the quality control by allocating functions of in-line, end-line (packaging), final inspection and AQL inspection according to different customers’ quality requirements. • Oversee all on hold/reject product; working closedly with the factory to rework rejected product.• Management of quality complains and investigating the customers’ complains. • Analysis the defects and coordinate with sub-manufactory for corrective action plans and imrpovements in furture. • Working closed with sub-manufactory to minimize loss of raw material, bill of material because of quality failure • Responding to operational issues and resolving problems arising in the factory (related to quality activities).• Providing guidance to sub-contract factory, supplier to adhere with quality standards• Implementing, auditing, and working with third party about health, safety, and environment for sub-contract factory according to ISO 14000, BSCI, 5S.• Working closed with external lab testing/ third parties about customers’ requirements, standards, testing protocols, testing procedure, inspection procedure. • Respond/taking action for inspection failures due to ensure shipment on time as schedule.
