The Asia New Zealand Foundation Leadership Network is an established global network of more than 400 young professionals dedicated to the future of New Zealand-Asia relations. We provide members with the connections, knowledge and confidence to lead New Zealand’s future relationship with the region. Reporting to Deputy Executive Director, my role contributes to the work of the Leadership Network through the planning and organization of activities and initiatives. - Lead 2-3 delegations per year to travel to Asia. Arrange meetings, travel, activities and be a key contact of these offshore hui. - Manage the recruitment and induction process for the network. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries and applications. - Develop opportunities and organise huis for members for training and participating in Asia-related events in NZ.- Manage the end-to-end process for grants to the Leadership Network members including project proposal and management, keeping track on budgets, writing letters, organization of travel, and reports.- Work with DED to connect and maintain relationship among members, and with external stakeholders.

Working in the Business Programme and reporting to the Director Business, my responsibilities are:- Run the internship placements for the Foundation's business programme, promote and advertise the internship opportunities on different channels, manage and keep track of budgets, lead the selection and recruitment process, provide pastoral care for interns. - Act as a liaison for the project's partners and stakeholders, oversight of contract conditions.- Manage and maintain relationships with the business programme's partners including international organizations, the Foundation's stakeholders, and sponsorship partners.- Contribute to the Foundation's administration and cross-organization support and act as a point of contact for public inquiries at the Auckland office, coordinate multiple projects and events cross-programme within the Foundation.
