• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members• Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial and schedule analysis• Investigate and resolve user experience issues through evaluation and testing • Conduct user and task analyses to identify opportunities to improve user experience • Synthesize research findings into meaningful recommendations and actionable results

• Responsible for comprehending and managing project scope & schedule, cost, stake holders tracking and updating OPA.• Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams.• Manage freelancers, outsourcers, and strategic partners in order to keep projects on track and assure of scope, quality, cost, and timeline.• Contribute as a copywriter/scriptwriter, a strategic planner and an idea generator in the projects that need.

• Responsible for copy-writing within Creative Group including mar-com, corporate communication and branding content• To assist the Creative Director, members of the Creative Group and the Managing Creative Director in general administrative activities such as translating, meeting arrangements, information gathering, document preparation, transmissions, project research, scheduling freelancers, and other supportive tasks• To help prepare and to monitor the scheduled daily progress of all contracted projects in the Creative Group and advise all team members of project progress.

Hanoi

• Write and edit scripts for TV commercials, Company films and documentaries for social communication purposes• Providing capacity building for various teams to enable them to design and implement effective communication activities• Contact with clients, research the demand of TV and film products so as to construct appropriate and effective production and launching plan• Moderate and create content for company's website and Facebook Fan page so that the words, images and the way these interpret are consistent and engaged to the brand
