I initiated and implemented the Amazon Affiliate shopping link for the school to increase fundraising effort in 2013. I partnered with parents, principal and teachers to write and successfully won a Western Grower vegetable garden grant for the school in 2014.

I successfully delivered multiple highly complicated systems including Trading, Corporate Action, Cashiering, Cost Basis, Customer Profile, eDocuments, building the new Advisor Trust line of business as well as a Cloud enabled project. Many of these projects are multi-year in duration with a geographically dispersed team of 6 to 30+ members with sub teams, vendor teams as well as an offshore team. I was highly successful working in a matrix and remote environment resulting in multiple individual, business excellence and team leadership awards. I interacted with a wide range of business areas from Product Managers, User Interface Designers, Architects, Technical Leads, Quality Assurance Engineers, Performance Engineers, Management including VP and SVP level in the delivery of major product introductions to enhance the Advisor websites. Technologies used: WebLogic, WebSphere, Microsoft, SQL Server, Oracle, Mainframe and vendor integration products. Strengths: Ability to quickly synthesize a problem space and to visualize, propose and implement solutions in phases for best chance of success. I build solid and lasting relationship with all team members, peers and upper management which in turn helps with project delivery.

I started as a Distribution Planning Engineer designing 4, 12, 21 KV system for various locations spanning from rural Marysville, Salinas, Monterey to urban highly complex area such as San Francisco's extensive underground system. I utilized planning tools to analyze and monitor the voltage drop, capacity, growth and circuit protections of substations and lines. I presented a quality improvement plan in Chinese to the SF Chinese Chamber Of Commerce to alleviate quality concerns and issues from the merchants. I worked a few years in R&D managing Power Quality research efforts partnering with industry and university research centers across the USA such as EPRI. I interacted successfully with university researchers, consultants, external clients to implement Power Quality Monitory programs. I was also the Project Manager on various multi-year IT projects to reengineer complex Payroll applications serving the entire company. My last project was an interesting project managing the Hydro facilities divestiture program which entailed ability to apply the knowledge in Telecom, Electrical System and Computer System in a geographically diverse area in order to be able to componentize the system in a logical manner for the valuation.

I completed an internship at the IBM disk drive facility in San Jose performing tests on drive heads during my junior year in college. In my senior year, I completed another internship working with surveys and blueprints at an Architecture firm specializing in commercial and industrial installations.
