- Spearheaded the WeChat Card Project by building the ID Photo function to fulfil user's ID card storage and sharing needs. Conducted legal compliance review, financial budget application, and product planning to initiate the project. - Established and developed the Gig Economy Payroll SaaS product based on WeChat Pay to provide a flexible payment solution for gig economy workers and merchants.- Connected with suppliers in various industries, as well as overseas groups, and unified user experience in different suppliers to improve user perception, contributed to the growth of authorised users of WeChat Payment Score.- Led the development of new functions in the Game Streaming Project, collaborating with 50+ engineers from multiple teams, 6 cross-functional teams from product conception to launch.- Initiated and led cross-functional team of 9 individuals to develop a prototype of "WeChat Voice Assistant" within 5 months. PatPat is an e-commerce platform founded in California in 2014, funded by IDG and SoftBank, which has now progressed to Series D, raising over $700 million and achieving an annual income of approximately $100 million. As the first intern joined in Series A, I contributed as the product assistant, working closely with the initial founding team:Processed 319 Cases on Redmine within 1 week to improve customer relationship maintenance service.Designed membership system from 0 to 1, which is estimated to increase up to 1 million in profit. Followed up requirements including repurchase rate algorithm renovation and fraud assessment, using Axure and SQL.
