Project: Lowrise at Hoa Binh province - 1:2000 & 1:500 Master Plan Stage- Collaborate with internal departments (Commercial & Procurement Dept, Sales and Marketing Dept, Legal Dept) to process the design and submission for 1:2000MP, 1:500MP, and concept design stages- Engage with external consultants (Master Planning, Infrastructure, Landscape) to ensure coordination- Facilitate weekly meetings between clients and consultants.- Control project documentation- Scrutinize design consultants' contracts- Monitor and report consultants' paymentsProject: Lowrise at Vung Tau province - 1:500 Master Plan and Conceptual Stage- Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial & Procurement Dept, Sales and Marketing Dept) to prcess the design for 1:500MP, the landscape concept, and rowhouses- Collaborate with external consultants (Master Planning, Infrastructure, Landscape, Architecture)- Review landscape, rowhouses, villas, and clubhouse concept- Review design of sales gallery from initial stage (Design Direction, Design concept) to the final stage (Construction Design)- Control project documentation- Scrutinize design consultants' contracts- Monitor and report consultants' paymentsStandardize apartment layout:Compile PMH architectural standards, requirements and study PMH developed projects' layout to standardize typical layouts for 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR apartments.
