I have devoted years on a volunteer basis supporting aging elder relatives with complex needs (including a disabled veteran with a serious mental illness, and an adult woman with an intellectual / developmental disability) as a care manager, patient advocate, healthcare agent, representative payee, daily money manager, power of attorney, and estate executor.As a Senior Project and Program Manager at Deloitte, I interacted daily with executive level stakeholders and technical and business leaders while leading IT infrastructure, global cybersecurity, and enterprise IT strategy projects. I’ve also led training program development and delivery initiatives in technical support, life sciences and pharmaceutical sales. I’ve earned PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL Foundations, CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and KCS (Knowledge Centered Support) certifications, a B.A. in two social sciences, and am currently pursuing education and CGC certification as a National Certified Guardian.I value diversity, equity and inclusion in my collaborations.
