Development was performed by a team of domestic and offshore people. The underlying applications produced a 15-20% gross margin improvement that fell directly to the bottom line. The applications further enabled accurate tracking of drivers, containers, and work orders in real time. • Cablelabs creates technology for the $421B cable industry. Designed a federated WebRTC system to provide video telephony between set-top cable boxes. Performed field research of WiFi in multi-dwelling units (MDUs) to quantify opportunities for cable providers. Evaluated methods to reduce support and service costs while providing a better customer experience.

• Created a shopping cart experience for truck drivers to eliminate paperwork. Streamlined bookkeeping for office staff and increased driver adherence to company policies.
