• Part-time advisory position

• Responsible for overseeing and managing China Internship Program operations, hosting students and young professionals from over 150 countries, across China office locations including Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen• Directly manage a team of 7 to 15 local and foreign staff members in the Shanghai office and oversee General Managers and respective teams in Beijing and Shenzhen

• Directly managed and led a team of 7 to 15 local and foreign staff• Established and implemented office policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with team members, overseas office managers, and directors • Led, managed, and guided Program Coordination and Business Development Management teams by preparing work schedules, assigning specific duties, and monitoring work output• Oversaw negotiations and management of major suppliers and vendors including accommodation provider, Mandarin school partner, travel company, and other agents• Promoted the company brand by attending education and study abroad conferences. Secured media interviews with local and international news outlets • Initiated CRCC Asia’s First Annual Host Company Appreciation Awards night with over 100 partner host company representatives in attendance. Secured corporate sponsorship, whilst raising funds for charitable organisations• Assisted in the successful contract negotiation with UK consulting client. Oversaw and coordinated the recruitment of two full-time sales managers for the client

• Established and maintained relationships with over 100 host companies from start-ups to multi-nationals. • Reviewed student application materials and CVs to provide perfect matchmaking between student profiles and host company job descriptions and requirements. • Project Management – Collaborated with IT and Regional Managers on the development of a new company internal database system. Created new user manuals and conducted database training sessions for all staff members• Presented information seminars on Entrepreneurship for the launch of a US Internship Program, to Chinese undergraduate and post-graduate students at local universities including Tongji University and Shanghai International Studies Universities

• Marketing & Client Relations – Communicated and liaised directly with property developers, real estate agents, and clients. Conducted marketing and promotions of all real estate listings• Administration – Responsible for contract preparation, management of appointments and calendar activity
