Migratie traject project

Hired to reinforce the ICT Servicedesk during a major workplace migration. Assisted in a multitude of projects, including the creation of a diagnostic image in SCCM 2012r2.

Responsible for inventory management, operational reporting, management / improvement of services, handover and closure of services on the T-Mobile account, VMware support, incident, problem and change management / coordination, development and documentation of work processes and procedures, initiator and project management of several improvement projects, VIP support, SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, etc.

For the monitoring and control of all projects within the 4 logistics terminals of Vopak Netherlands, a Program Office had to be created, including; reporting standards on control tolerances, processes on reporting and a management system dashboard.

To enable the management team to control the realization of the 20 defined goals within the 4 year strategy plan, an advice report has been created on the best key performance indicators for each department within the organization.
