Held multiple positions of increasing responsibility contributing to various projects over the years for Peraton (formerly Hewlett-Packard). Helped lead a team of developers and others to design and implement technology solutions for the County of San Diego (CoSD). Collaborated with the Architect group to build solutions on AEM Sites, Azure/AWS Cloud, Captiva and ImageTrust based document capture, traditional and Progressive Web Applications, Electronic Forms, Portable applications, and others. Played a pivotal role in the implementation of the Strategic Offender Management Systems (SOMS) -a National award-winning government project, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). Implemented Enterprise-wide strategies to standardize best practices for development teams of various disciplines.

Designed and implemented banking checks processing and documents processing solutions for the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA); adhering to strict daily SLAs to meet Arkansas’ treasury and bank deadlines. Implemented a fully automated workflow integrating scanning hardware like IBML and iTran with ImageScan and FormWare capture software and exporting captured data to banking software, IBM mainframe and reporting databases. Provide support and training to cash control and data entry teams along with other departments at DFA.

Implemented HHSA claims processing InputAccel workflows for the State of Oregon - Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), and State of Ohio - Medicaid Information Technology System (MITS). Participated in the State of Idaho during pre-sales technology presentations as a response to an RFP.
