I assign requests to people in the office based on the need, and respond as soon as possible to the client so that we can figure out the best way to meet their need.My greatest accomplishment was co-leading as a production manager for one of the biggest events on Gordon College's campus - a variety show that included people from every class and required a large team of technicians to help with sound, lights, backstage, etc. Although it meant late night rehearsals and hours of time dedicated to putting everything together, there was no better feeling then working with everyone involved to create an event that brought the student's vision to life and brought the audience into a whole other experience.
