Chartboost is a leading in-app programmatic advertising, user acquisition, mediation and monetization platform.As the Manager of the Advertising Operations team of Chartboost, I lead a high-performing team responsible for optimizing and driving success across the EMEA portfolio of the DSP. My key responsibilities include:- Hire, train and mentor a team of six Operations Managers- Oversee and improve the health, performance and delivery of all EMEA advertising campaigns- Design, iterate and report on KPIs - Data driven analysis to identify and present growth opportunities- Spearhead multiple projects aiming to achieve operational excellence, enhance program health and bridge the gap between demand & supply teams- Play a key role in the implementation, testing and continuous improvements of new products- Liaise between business, data, engineering and product teams

- Serve as point of contact for advanced campaign troubleshooting and debugging efforts across programmatic advertising campaigns- Proactively communicate goal achievement, identify new opportunities and scale EMEA accounts- Daily data analysis to identify new growth areas- Lead diverse network health initiatives- Create reporting and derive insights for internal and external partners- Act as liaison with engineering & product teams

As a Demand Operations Manager, I managed all facets of Chartboost's DSP, focusing on ROAS attainment, margin optimization and general program health.- Provide data-driven improvements and solutions- Liaison between business and engineering teams- Writing queries and building reports to visualize business opportunities

- Supportive role in data driven remodelling of the customer credit checks- Defined and implemented process to reduce incoming fraud cases- Partially automated manual processes to reduce handling times of incoming fraud requests- Liaison between developers, customer care and high level management- Teamlead role for a team of 3 with focus on reporting to high level management and strong focus on process improvements- Process mapping to define and implement a uniform way of handling fraud cases
