- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with my understanding of technologies such as OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, STP, 802.1Q, MPLS, IPSEC, ISAKMP, BGP & TCP/IP- Configure VPN tunnels on Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Cisco ASR and Palo Alto- Configure policies on load balancers to forward site traffic to appropriate backend servers- Review Cisco ISE/ACE Servers to troubleshoot TACACS+ & Radius issues- Review Firewall and Proxy logs to resolve internal and external access issues- Configure and modify rules on network devices for BAU tickets- Reviewing and optimizing network routing
