Liran Gerassi is a seasoned social entrepreneur, bringing extensive expertise from years of leading and managing sports organizations, programs, and nonprofits, as well as working as a consultant to organizations and directors in the field of development, HR and operations.Liran is the founder and the first Executive Director of The Equalizer, a large nonprofit organization Liran successfully ran for 14 years. The Equalizer is the largest Sports for Social Change organization in Israel. It operates more than 450 teams in schools across the country, combining education, empowerment, values and strengthening relations. More than 10,000 children and youth in Israel’s underprivileged communities participate in The Equalizer's programs, operating in schools and community centers across Israel.Liran led the implementation of The Equalizer programs in different countries around the world, with an emphasis on developing countries in Eastern Europe and Africa, collaborating with local organizations government agencies and embassies.
