I have been in the service industry since I began working at 15, as a caddie. I learned so much working for highly successful members at the club that helped me realize that a life behind a desk was likely not for me. I wanted to pursue a career that would help people find enjoyment in their lives away from their daily grind and the pressures that come with those responsibilities. It was natural for me to fall into golf but to continue with the profession because of the feeling I had when I exceeded the members expectations. I continue to pursue the dream of exceeding expectations because of the joy it brings to others.
