- Provide oversight, leadership and administration for the Children's Ministry (50+ families).- Lead, train, recruit and develop volunteer teams for children's programming and events.- Plan & lead large annual events including: Kids Summer Camp, Family Movie Nights & Fall Fun Fair - Develop and implement strategy for partnering with families at the church and in the community.- Build strong relationships with community partners for local family events.- Provide oversight to the Children's Ministry budget and assess upcoming budgetary needs.- Create mulitmedia presentations, social media campaigns, as well as print media for communication and teaching resources.

- Successfully manage priorites and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding office- Maintain strict confidentiality for all business partners- Prepare conveyance documents for lawyers- Cooperate with realtors, brokerages and the local board office- Coordinate the office calendar and schedule corporate events- Manage all bookkeeping – including GST/Payroll Remittances, A/P & A/R- Master specialized real estate software for managing listings and sales, as well as all office accounting, including commission payouts and year end reports
